Pam and Les Muma JA BizTown Dedication
Junior Achievement of West Central Florida dedicated the Pam and Les Muma JA BizTown on September 30. The dedication coincided with the fifth anniversary of JA BizTown.
Since 2006 over 50,000 students have participated in this program which mirror's the original Enterprise Village in Largo brought to JA Worldwide thanks to Gus Stavros, JA board member. The JAWCF board embarked on JA BizTown campaign 7 years ago. It was no accident that The Poe Family was our first call to make the lead gift for this amazing center. Bill and Betty Poe have a rich history in Hillsborough County supporting public education. So it is only fitting that the namesake for our JA Biztown has a trememendous passion for public education, kids and of course Junior Achivement. Pam and Les Muma's relationship started with JA in 1987.
